Motorola Droid RAZR Hardware Specs Outed?

You are in an Android Post

It's looking very likely now that the Motorola Spyder/Droid HD is going to be released as the Droid RAZR. We've also been hearing plenty of comparisons between the RAZR and Samsung's Nexus Prime, also expected to be coming to Verizon; both handsets are supposed to be quite high-end, and rumors suggest they'll be directly competing against each other for the attention of Verizon's subscribers. Today we begin to get a picture of just how the RAZR will line-up on a hardware level, with the purported leak of some of the phone's specs.

The source behind this information isn't named, but BGR seems quite confident that the figures are correct; keep in mind, though, that none of this is official. Supposedly, the Droid RAZR will have a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and one gigabyte of RAM. We had heard that 1.2GHz figure before, compared against a 1.5GHz version of the RAZR from earlier in its development. The RAZR is supposed to feature a 4.3-inch display, covered by Gorilla Glass.

Sadly, we don't have an exact measurement for what could be the most interesting part of these specs, the news that the RAZR could be thinner than the latest iPhone. Not just thinner, though, but reportedly faster, too. Despite its svelte construction, the RAZR may also feature an LTE radio for Verizon 4G. Hopefully, we'll be getting a complete run-down on the RAZR's capabilities next week at Motorola's Tuesday event.
