Intel recently announced the continuation of the partnership with Google in terms of Android hardware powered by Intel chips. A smartphone prototype has been shown off already at the Intel Developer Forum on stage when the audience was told that the first Intel-powered Android phones will hit the market next year. According to rumors on the floor, the first such device might be made by HTC and could very well be shown off at CES Las Vegas or MWC Barcelona early next year. Wonder how the performance will compare to Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, nVidia Tegra 2 and Exynos chips.
