Motorola Droid Bionic Unboxing (Video)

The latest and greatest from Motorola and Verizon is the Droid Bionic. With its wedge-shaped chassis encasing some very high-end hardware, this is the smartphone the others are all envious of.

In this video we'll look around the box, inspect it's contents, and take a first look at the phone itself.

The box itself is wrapped in a sleeve, inside is the box which has remarkably little information and very simple, clean branding. The top of the box is lifted off, under which you'll find the phone with an informative screen protector in place. This smartphone has the battery cover off and protected in a zippered bag, which removes one step when installing the battery and LTE SIM (which is full-sized, not micro-sized).

It includes an "Eco-Moto" micro-USB cable and wall-wart for charging, a 3.8V, 1735mAh Li-Ion battery, and a few instructional manuals.

Missing is a quality headset, and the "recycle your phone" pre-paid mailer that T-Mobile includes with their phones.

In an upcoming video we'll take a closer look at the hardware, and we'll dig into software after that.
