Yes, Windows Phone Mango is really close and, to back up recent rumors that talk about an official launch any day now, Microsoft has published a video about Mango and how it is easier to "build easily, build better, build now with Windows Phone". There's basically nothing new to the video below. It makes a general presentation of Windows Phone Mango, with the Live Tiles updating, fast app switching, connected apps and more. There is also mention of the Developer Tools for those who are dedicated to building applications but all aside, the video is here to maintain the buzz around Mango which can't come soon enough.
